“I have been a longtime resident at Talavera Apartments, and I can honestly say that I have seen such a positive change in our community, especially since May when Heather, our property manager, was finally able to build a full . I have personally witnessed Heather faced numerous challenges, including verbal confrontations from residence as a lack of support and respect from previous staff. Despite all of that, she continued to show up, push forward, and work Hard to make Talavera a better place. I knew from the moment she stepped onto the property that she generally cared, and I truly believed that, given the opportunity in the right team, she could turn this community around. Today, I can say that I love coming home. The atmosphere feels different. There is less drama, more positivity, and a genuine sense that people working here actually care about the residence and the property. Heather and her new team have put in an incredible amount of effort, and it’s finally showing. It is unfortunate that some employees in the past contributed to a negative environment and made things more difficult for Heather, and she persevered Through it all. She never gave up, and she is finally getting to see the Positive side of all of her hard work Way to go, Heather! You and your team deserve recognition for everything you have done to make Talavera feel like a community again. I am proud to call Taylor Vera home and excited to see what the future holds.”

“We really enjoy our apartment and the complex amenities. Anytime we’ve had an issue the maintenance guy Jacob has come and gone above and beyond. I also see him out there, picking up trash and cleaning up the complex, which is probably not his job, but he seems to be type to go above and beyond.”

“I love it here...ive made it a point to get to know the office ladies though and have regular talks whenever I see them. I do have a few things that need to be repaired and have been waiting but its small repairs... the location is the best! Within walking distance from grocery stores, restaurants, game stores, thrift stores, ross...is awesome.”

“The maintenance at this property really keep it clean. Especially The Dog park! I walk my dog around the property before going to the dog park and its always so clean and it never really has a foul smell. I saw the one maintenance guy cleaning the dog park with one arm and a whole cast on the other hand about a week ago! Determination, nice job fellas.”
